How do you ensure data protection?

The automation platform runs on servers in Germany or on your own infrastructure. Personal data only leaves it for wherever you decide. We provide the documentation your data protection office needs for its assessment and coordinate with it early.

Can the platform run in our own data centre?

Yes. n8n can be operated in your own data centre or at your municipal IT service provider. Alternatively, we set up a server with a German provider.

How do you handle AI and sensitive data?

AI is used only where it makes sense and is approved. Content is reduced to what is necessary beforehand, and a person signs off before anything goes out. On request, AI models running on your own servers can also be connected.

What happens if you are ever unavailable?

All workflows are documented, your team is trained, and the platform is based on a widely used tool. You are not dependent on us and can carry on yourself at any time or commission another provider.

Can you prepare quotes according to our formal requirements?

Yes. You receive a clear service description with a fixed price, on request in your format and structured by pilot phase, expansion and ongoing support.

What is the best way to start?
