30 minutes, free of charge. We clarify what you want to achieve, and I tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
Fixed-price quote
You receive a written quote with scope, timeline and a fixed price. No open-ended hourly billing, no hidden items.
Implementation with interim results
You see first results early and give feedback. Feedback rounds are clearly defined in the quote.
Handover
Everything is explained and documented. You receive access, files and, for automations, a description of every workflow.
What you get from me
One point of contact
You always speak to the person who also carries out your project. Nothing gets lost between consulting and implementation.
Quick response
I reply to enquiries within one working day.
Fixed price
You know beforehand what it costs. If the scope changes, we talk about it before it gets more expensive.

If something is not worthwhile, I say so. Even if that means less work for me.
It belongs to you
Films, websites, workflows, source code and access belong to you after handover. With no ties to my services.
Documentation
Every workflow and every technical setup is described, so that someone else can pick it up and carry on.
Privacy from the start
Servers in Germany, data processing agreement, and a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Good projects are teamwork.
Projects go fastest and best when it is clear on both sides who contributes what. This is what I usually need from you:
- A fixed contact person who can make decisions or get them quickly
- Access to the systems that are to be connected
- Content such as copy, images or data, or the task of creating it
- Feedback on interim results within the agreed deadlines
- For films: locations, dates and staff who take part
Long-term, but not dependent.
I work with many clients for years because it fits, not because they have to. After handover, you have a choice:
- You carry on yourself, with documentation and access
- You get in touch when you need changes and extensions
- You use the ongoing support at a fixed flat rate, cancellable at any time
FAQ
Will I be dependent on you after the project?
No. Workflows, source code, access and documentation belong to you. You can carry on yourself at any time or commission someone else.
Do you work with subcontractors?
I do the implementation myself. If a project needs special skills, such as a voice-over artist or a second camera, I tell you beforehand and it is stated in the quote.
How does coordination work?
In person in Penzberg or at your premises, by video or by phone, whichever you prefer. You see interim results early, so there are no surprises at the end.
What if something changes during the project?
That is normal. We absorb small changes within the project. If the scope changes significantly, we talk about it beforehand and you receive a supplementary quote before I continue.
