Zapier automation.
Quickly implemented automations with Zapier, cleanly built and documented. And an honest assessment of when Zapier fits and when n8n is the better choice.
When Zapier is the right choice
Zapier connects thousands of applications and is quick to set up. For manageable workflows that do not run extremely often, it is often the shortest path to a result, with no server of your own.
Zapier runs in the provider’s cloud, and costs depend on the number of executions. For very high volumes, complex logic or strict data protection requirements, we therefore often recommend n8n. We build with both and advise independently on what suits you.
What we do for you with Zapier
Quick start
The first workflows are often live within a few days, without your own infrastructure.
Tidying up
Review, consolidate and document Zaps that have grown organically, so nobody is left guessing.
Costs under control
Build workflows so that they get by with as few executions as possible.
Move to n8n
When Zapier becomes too expensive or too limiting, we move workflows over in an orderly way.

ReadFAQ about Zapier
What does Zapier cost?
Zapier has a free entry tier and monthly plans based on the number of executions. Current prices are on Zapier’s website. In the initial call, we estimate which plan your workflows would need.
Where is the data with Zapier?
Zapier is a US provider and processes data in its own cloud. For many workflows, that is acceptable with a data processing agreement. For sensitive data, we recommend n8n on your own server in Germany.
Can you take over existing Zaps?
Yes. We look at your existing Zaps, fix errors, document them and simplify where possible.
When is switching to n8n worthwhile?
Usually when monthly costs rise because of many executions, workflows become complex or data should not leave Germany. More in the n8n or Zapier comparison.
