Under the hood

IntakeWebsite form, mailbox and notes come together in one workflow, no matter where the enquiry comes from.
DuplicatesBefore a contact is created, the workflow checks whether the person or company already exists in Pipedrive, and updates the record instead of creating a duplicate.
ClassificationAn AI classifies the request and its urgency. Fixed rules then decide who is responsible. The AI suggests, the rules decide.
Fail-safeIf Pipedrive is briefly unavailable, the workflow retries automatically. Only if that fails is a message sent to a person.
Follow-upIf a deal stalls, the workflow reminds the person responsible after a set time.

Will our data stay in Germany?

Yes, if you wish. n8n can be run on your own server in Germany, and your data then never leaves it. Where cloud services make sense, we discuss this openly and document it for your data protection.

Own server or cloud?

Both are possible. The cloud option is often enough to get started. If you want full control or process sensitive data, you get your own installation on German servers.

What does an automation cost?

That depends on the number and scope of the workflows. After the initial call, you receive a written quote at a fixed price. An automation has often paid for itself after a few months.

How long does delivery take?

A single workflow is often up and running within a few days. We plan larger projects in stages so that you benefit early.

What happens if something fails?

Workflows automatically retry failed steps and alert you when a person needs to step in. Nothing is lost silently.

Will you come to us in Munich?
