Take over existing automations.
Is the Zapier bill rising every month, does nobody understand what the workflows do any more, or is the freelancer who built them no longer reachable? We give you an overview, tidy up and put your workflows in safe hands.
When automations become a risk.
Many automations come about on the side: a Zap here, a scenario there, built by a colleague who works somewhere else by now. At some point important processes depend on them, but nobody knows exactly how. This is not a criticism, it is the norm. And that is exactly where we come in.
- The monthly costs for Zapier or Make keep rising
- Nobody in-house fully understands the workflows
- The person who built them is no longer there
- Errors are only noticed when customers complain
- Data runs through servers outside the EU, and data protection is asking questions
Safe workflows in four steps
Inventory
We record all workflows: what they do, which systems are involved, what they cost and where the risks lie.
Review
A clear recommendation for each workflow: keep, simplify, migrate or switch off.
Migration and clean-up
Step by step, with parallel running if needed. Often to n8n on a server in Germany, with no fees per execution.
Documentation and ongoing support
Every workflow is described. On request, we take over ongoing support.
What you get out of it
Overview
You know which workflows exist, what they are for and who looks after them.
Predictable costs
With n8n on your own server there are no fees per execution. The inventory shows how much you save.
Less risk
Monitoring and error alerts instead of nasty surprises.
Data protection
Workflows on servers in Germany, with documented data flows.
FAQ
Which tools can you take over?
Zapier, Make, Power Automate, older or self-hosted n8n installations and simple custom scripts. The inventory clarifies whether a migration makes sense or the existing tool should stay.
Do we absolutely have to switch to n8n?
No. Sometimes it is better to stay with the existing tool and simply tidy up. We recommend whatever makes the most economic and technical sense for you.
Do the workflows keep running during the move?
Yes. We move step by step and, where needed, run old and new workflows in parallel until everything works reliably.
What do we get from the audit?
An overview of all workflows with their purpose, cost and risks, a recommendation for each workflow and a plan for the next steps. The overview belongs to you, even if you do not continue working with us afterwards.
